Technical features
1. The box is welded with high-quality thickened steel plate to meet the requirements of high strength and heavy load required by large box components.
2. The stress relief treatment shall be carried out before the processing of the box to achieve the stability required by the large box.
3. The box shall be processed as a whole to ensure the installation accuracy of the box.
4. The transmission gear shaft and the passive gear shaft are made of alloy steel forgings. The gears are carburized and quenched to reach high hardness to ensure the heavy load of the gear shaft.
5. Carry out the dynamic balance test after machining. The test speed is 700r/min, and the balance grade is G6.3, to ensure the accuracy requirements of the gear shaft.
6. The spiral bevel gear set adopts alloy steel forging blank, and the spiral bevel gear face is carburized and quenched to reach high hardness, so as to ensure the use requirements of heavy load and large torque of the gear shaft. Finish grinding the tooth surface and shaft hole to meet the requirements of high precision and high wear resistance required by the spiral gear set.
7. After the box is assembled, carry out no-load test run for 2 hours, the input shaft speed is 1200 r/min, the bearing temperature is not more than 60 °, and the gear should run smoothly without impact noise and abnormal vibration.
8. There is no oil leakage on the joint surface of each box, and the vibration intensity during test run shall not exceed 4mm/s
