The flying shear is composed of a transmission device, a shear base and upper and lower cutter shafts. The upper knife shaft end is equipped with a photoelectric encoder, which is used to control the starting position of the cutting edge of the flying shear in the cutting process. The flying shear is located behind the conveying guide groove to cut and break the rolled piece.

The breaking shear is composed of a motor, a shear frame, a base, a pinch roller and a knife rest.
